Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you come out?
We offer same-day appointments across Watford, Luton, Stevenage and Harrow seven days a week. Call before midday and we can usually be with you the same afternoon. For genuine emergencies — a wasp nest directly obstructing access, live rodents in a food business kitchen — we prioritise and aim to attend within two to four hours. Evening and weekend availability is normal, not exceptional.
Do you treat domestic and commercial properties?
Yes — we work across both. For homeowners, tenants and landlords we handle everything from a single wasp nest to complex rodent problems in Victorian terraces. For commercial clients — food businesses, hospitality, offices, managed HMOs and retail — we provide scheduled contracts with EHO-compliant documentation, and rapid emergency callouts. We work regularly with letting agents and commercial property managers across all our coverage areas.
Are treatments safe for children, pets and wildlife?
All products we use are UK-approved and applied in accordance with the manufacturer's label and current legislation. We give specific re-entry and precautionary instructions for each treatment. For rodenticide work we comply fully with the CRRU Code of Best Practice — tamper-resistant bait stations, correct placement and removal once treatment is complete — to protect children, pets and non-target wildlife including raptors and hedgehogs. We'll tell you clearly what preparation or precautions apply to your treatment before we arrive.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind everything we do. Follow-up visits are included as standard for rodent and bedbug treatments. If a problem persists beyond what we'd normally expect — and we're always honest about timescales upfront — we'll come back and reassess at no extra charge. We don't promise outcomes that pest biology doesn't allow for, but we don't close jobs that aren't resolved either. We're available by phone after every treatment and respond to concerns the same day.
